I began with road running preferring half marathons. I have since completed numerous marathons, 10ks and 5ks before making a transition to full time sprinting.
I enjoy training runs typically suited to road runners, although I love to support anyone in their goals and there is no such thing as too fast or too slow.

I joined BRC at the start of 2015 and became a Lirf in 2019. Since Covid I have ran weekly training sessions in the Amble/Druridge area on Mondays and Wednesdays and try to mirror those on the training schedule.
