New Port of Blyth/Links 10k Test Run

Please note a change to the training plan for Monday 21st July. This will now be a trial/test run of a potential Port of Blyth/Links 10k run. 

 

We are now asking for runners and marshals on the night for all that can help. If anyone can complete the run and report back on any course issues, that would be great. We also need a tail runner and of course anyone to fill a shortfall of marshals. (I believe we may need around 13 marshals to make things safe)

 

All help appreciated and please ask your running buddies to come along to run/help so we can get a good crowd taking part to get a sense of the route, marshal requirements and issues.

 

 

We need the marshals to arrive around 6.30pm so they can be briefed and positioned and the run will start around 6.45 once everyone has arrived.
