This is essentially a training run for anyone to enter, with the intention of giving both runners and time keepers as close to an official race setting as possible. It can build experience and confidence in preparation for race days or simply give athletes an idea of where they are at with their training.
The idea is to make this session as easy and accessible to everyone and can be completed with as few as one runner and one time keeper if need be.
