EDINBURGH MARATHON 2023
Yesterday saw several of our club runners take on @edinburghmarathonfestival across the various events held. It was most definitely hotter than the surface of the sun out there but our athletes dug in deep and got it done, doing both themselves and us very proud! We had a number of runners in the half marathon starting at 8am. Even this early the route that ran along the coastline was very warm making the run a little challenging! Huge congratulations to the following runners flying the Blyth flag high:

At 10am we saw the start of the Marathon with two Blyth runners taking on that baking heat! Running into the hottest part of the day would have been tough! Well done to both Robin and Kandis who again have done both themselves and BRC proud! We love seeing our runners take on events whether local or further afield. We have had some wonderful personal achievements for each of these runners and we love to celebrate these with them! Kandis
