SUMMER CUP 2015  RESULTS  RACE 1

A good start to this year's Summer Cup with 57 runners taking part in the first race of the five event series. First back with a comfortable victory, and running much quicker than expected, was Lesley Falkous in a clock time of 24:31, with Louise Coultate in second places some 50 seconds adrift and Gwen Forster third, a further 80 seconds back in third. Early leaders in the team event are "The Chocolate Monsters", with their first, third, fourth and eighth placed finishes giving them a ridiculously low total score of 16 to claim the maximum 25 points available, in second place on 20 points are "Girls Are Loud" and "Hot Tottie" are third on 15 points. Quickest on the night was Sam Dodd in a time of 13:37 and fastest female was Jude Nutt with 15:53. Thanks from the organisers to all the marshals, timekeepers and helpers. Next race is Monday June 15th, start time 7:15 pm.  Be there early for any number collecting and Race Instructions.
