Start Fitness Harrier League Race 1 - Cramlington

Saturday 11th October 2014 saw the return of cross country to East Cramlington Nature Reserve with the 1st NEHL race of the 2014/2015 season. As Blyth RC were the hosting club, marshalling and various other responsibilities were taken up by Blyth’s members and as such, this fixture was excluded from our internal cross country competition. That said, we still managed to field full teams in the senior races with the ladies finishing as 14th team in Division 2 and the men finishing in 5th place in Division 3. The superb organisation of the event was suitably praised by the runners, the NEHL and in the local press. Well done to all who ran and marshalled!
