British Masters Indoor Champs 2013

On Saturday and Sunday the 9th/10th March, Dave Swalwell travelled to Lee Valley to take part in the British Masters Indoor Championships.

Dave reports the following:-

On the Saturday I made the A final of the 60m in a new personal best of 7.78s.

I came last in the final in 7.85s, trying a bit too hard which shortened my stride and arms but it was good to be in the mix.

On the Sunday I did the 200m, winning the B final in 25.8s (always slower indoors) – all in all a good weekend and good progress following gold at the county championships.
