British Masters Indoor T&F Champs

I went to Lee Valley this weekend and had a great time although was slightly outclassed!

When I lined up in my 60m heat I had Will McGee who is the British indoors 200m champion and next to him was one of Linfords old sparring partners (as I said, slightly outclassed). I ended up coming fourth in a time of 7.96s, the first three lads all clocked under 7.5s.

On Sunday I did the 200m and came 3rd in the B final. I lead for most of the race but had nothing in the legs to sustain it at the end. I still managed an indoor PB of 25.8s which is ok since I hadn't run further than 60m since September.

Great experience though will definitely do it next year if I’m fit.
