Keswick half marathon

[Mon 4th May 2009] There were a total of 492 finishers at the Keswick half marathon on Sunday 3rd May, with 20 of them being from Blyth. This was the fourth race in this year’s Grand Prix series and was run in a cool strong breeze with a pleasant warm sun and just a couple of showers, although one was of hail. The scenic but very undulating course always provides a stiff test, but there were good runs from Peter in 14th overall, Martin who was first M50 and Joe, first M60.
