Park Run 2-Nov-13

There was a great Blyth RC turn out at a rather chilly Whitley bay this morning but thankfully not much wind !. All in all there was 18 from Blyth and there was a glut of PB's, 12 in total !.

First back for the Blyth massive was our young Mr. James Young who's not quite so young anymore !, whilst not having run all week and wasn't feeling great still managed a top 10 finish with a sub 19 min finish !

Next in was Steven French back from his America trip, he had a storming run and got one of the 10 PB's of the day getting in under 20 mins just in front of Ian Baxter who was doing his first PR and again got under 20 mins ! and a PB !.

Next in was Taylor Glover with yet another PB at 20:16 ! fantastic run !

I dragged my butt over the line next, not a PB , but was pleased with my time as it's been a while, but Rob hall was nipping at my heels and I just managed to stay in front ! Rob got a PB today and has a WAVA rating of over 77% and is 4th in his age group for all of the WB PR's, brilliant !

Terry McCabe was next up after Rob with an impressive 22:07 just 7 seconds outside his PB !, you will get under 22 mins I am sure Terry !

Next in was Ray Carmody who had managed to sneak out from baby duties and put in a very respectable 23:15, really good considering he's done very little running lately !

Next in was Cath Young with a Cracking PB time !!! 23:24 , with a WAVA rating of 77.61 % which is flipping brilliant !!!

Another little fact is Cath is now top of the table for the VW55-59 age group for all the Whitley bay park runs since it started, Awesome !!!!!!

Next in was Richard McSloy, dipping under 24 mins with another PB well done !!!

Then it was Will Brownings turn, just under 25 mins for another PB , well don Will !

Next it was Susan Brownings turn, another PB nipping under 26 mins, Well done !

Next over the line was Louise Coultate with an impressive 26:01, Well Done !

It was Dave Cox's turn next who had a decent run also !!!

Now for another PB, step up Ann Craddock 27:02, Very well Done Anne !!!!

Another PB, it was Patricia Goodwin who ducking under 29mins! Well done !

And another one, next it was Janice Connoly on only her second Park run , but with another PB !

Bringing in the team was Dave Kitching with Another PB !!! Awesome run Dave !

Really proud of you all !!!
