Regional Sportshall U11 Final

Several of Blyth’s U11’s were selected to represent Northumberland at the Regional Sportshall Final at Sunderland. Adam Swalwell competed for the boys who finished third team, while Lois Trail, Jessica Locker, Eve Deveraux, Daisy Smith, Georgina Woods and Rebecca Lillico all competed for the girl’s team who finished fourth. For several of the girls it was their first taste of competition and most of them were against girls 2 years older (and several inches taller) than them. To complete Blyth’s representation Steff Ramsay acted as Team Manager.

Next, it’s the turn of the U13’s and 15’s and there will be several from Blyth at Sunderland on Saturday 18th February representing Northumberland.
