A number of our junior and senior
runners took part in the annual Elswick Good Friday
Relays at Newburn Business Park on Friday April
22nd. In hot, humid conditions with
little wind, many of the competitors found the going quite tough.
Michael Butters was fastest for Blyth
with a time of 12:32, closely followed by Sam Dodd with 12:44 for the 2.28M
course and fastest Blyth lady was new member Julie Clark in 14:25.
