AGM 2011

Attention all Blyth Running Club Members

The Annual General Meeting will take place in the Sports Centre on the evening of Wednesday 18th January 2012 commencing at 8:45pm in Studio 2 (the former sauna room).

If anyone is interested in joining the committee they will have to be proposed and seconded by existing members of the club on forms that are available from the Club Secretary (Ralph Dickinson). As far as I am aware all existing committee members wish to stay on the committee. It should however be noted that Kevin Freeman and Dave Kitching wish to stand down as Chairman and Treasurer respectively at the AGM. All nominations must be passed to the Secretary by Wednesday 4th January.

If anyone wishes to have any item included on the Agenda for the AGM they will also have to inform the Secretary by Wednesday 4th January. One item definitely on the agenda will be Personality Voting.

UPDATE 15th Dec

At the committee meeting on Monday 12th Dec it was decided that the Personality of the Year Award is to be discontinued with immediate effect due to lack of interest from members over the past couple of years, this item has been removed from the agenda for the AGM.

Only items on the Agenda will be discussed at the AGM
